We offer moving services, junk removal services and deliveries. Whatever the service you request, it comes with clean, courteous, professional care for you and your items. Careful movers serving Edmonton and surrounding areas.

We have discovered the need for community support as we have offered services and regularly do community outreach for people experiencing tough times. We share the story of a new family in need of support on our Facebook page, and mobilize our friends to donate much needed items. We gather the items and deliver them for free to the families.

Friend with a Truck is connected to many community service providers and can help people access supports. We assist community services, by raising awareness, and partnering to help our vulnerable community. We have partnered with AHS, Homecare, Hospitals, newcomer communities, and Domestic Violence Shelters, to name a few.

 I had a child with a medical emergency right in the middle of moving , these guys helped so much and I can’t thank them enough . Barley any notice and they took a truck load of stuff to my new place. Very friendly and I didn’t feel judged at all .. thank you guys

 These guys are so vary amazing I have no words right now if anyone needs things delivery get ahold of these guys thank u so so very much.

  After being scammed by a guy & loosing out on a futon I was left without money to pay someone else for delivery. Moving is hard enough as you all know but on a very low income & then being scammed made my move even harder. I was now out precious dollars & left with nothing to sleep on. However, I finally lucked out on finding something else for free but now needed to find someone to deliver. THANKFULLY someone, on one of the FB groups I’m on, suggested “Friend With A Truck” & they came through for me! Not only did they pick up & deliver but they also took the time set up the sectional. Before leaving they kindly checked to make sure that I didn’t need anything else. I’m most grateful & appreciative of their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 

These guys were just great. Were able to help me out on very short notice, great communication, and were pros the whole way through moving a heavy item through a tight space. Would call again in a heartbeat! Fantastic service. 

Contacted them to remove an old mattress and box spring and because the timing was right it was picked up and gone within an hour of contacting them! Plus, the fee was much lower than any of the junk removal companies I called. Definitely keeping them on my list of handy services.

 I contacted Friend with a Truck to help move furniture in my mom’s house as we are doing renovations and needed some heavy items out of the way. Communicating with David was easy and quick, and they were able to fit us into the time slot we requested. 

My mom was very pleased with the professionalism and service she received. She was happy that most of the items that she wanted removed would be going to people who needed them. Lastly, the cost was extremely reasonable. 

I highly recommend contacting this company if you have any moving needs or if you need any furniture taken off your hands.

 David and his crew did a fantastic job bringing in our new office furniture. We were not sure how we wanted to set it up and we made the poor guy set it up in different configurations. For him nothing was a problem......I’m sure we drove the poor man crazy.

 I found them when I reached out to a group looking for mover recommendations. I'm a single mom and they were wonderful to deal with from the start! I highly recommend these guys! very professional, quick, and so helpful! I donated one of my beds that I was looking to get rid off, to them for a pregnant lady who was in need and they worked around my schedule to come back and pick up the bed. I would use them again in a heart beat! Thank you for helping me in a pinch guys! They are very professional, friendly, honest and take care of what they are moving.
